We use UPS, domestic trucking and USPS (For International orders) to ship our products. Fedex is not available at our facility and therefore we Do Not use Fedex. For bulk orders, we will try to find the best trucking rate for your order or you may assign your own trucking company for the pick up.
Return policy guidelines:
1. All returns must be pre authorized by our personel with an RMA #.
2. We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages so we can file claim with shipping carrier. If we are not notified immediately upon receipt about the damage we will not be able to file claim with shipping carrier and will not be able to exchange the item. Please follow this important policy.
3. We will not cover any return shipping cost for any reason.
4. All defective models may be returned for replacement for identical items only.
5. 15% restocking fees and original shipping fee will be charged on all refused or returned orders. No exceptions.
6. We are not responsible for lost packages if you moved and forgot to change your shipping address.
7. If you do not like your item for any reason, it has to be returned in original condition as you received it. We will refund full amount less 15% restocking fees and original shipping charge. No exceptions.
8. If items is returned to us because customer was not available or was not available to sign for the package. 15% restocking fees and original shipping fee will be charged.
